1. Who we are

E2 Technologies is a local SEO and web design business serving the Rio Grande Valley, run by Enrique Rodriguez and Ethan Inocando. You can reach us at admin@e2technologies.net.

By using this website or working with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What we do

We provide search engine optimization, Google Business Profile work, website design, and related services. The exact scope of any project is whatever we agree to in writing before we start.

3. Pricing and payment

We quote pricing for each project after a free analysis. Any fees, schedule, and what's included are set out in the proposal or agreement we send you before work begins. Nothing on this website is a binding price or offer on its own.

4. Results

We work hard to improve your rankings and visibility, and we only take on work we believe we can deliver. That said, search rankings are ultimately decided by Google and other third parties, so we can't promise an exact position or a specific number of leads or sales unless we've put that promise in your written agreement.

5. Your responsibilities

To do our job, we may need access to your Google Business Profile, website, hosting, or analytics. You agree to give us the access and information we need, and to make sure you have the right to share it. The content and materials you give us must be yours to use.

6. Ownership

Once a project is paid for in full, the final deliverables we create for you are yours. We may keep copies for our records and may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Any tools, code, or methods we reuse across clients remain ours.

7. Cancellation

Ongoing work is month to month unless your agreement says otherwise. Either side can stop with reasonable notice. You're responsible for work already completed up to that point.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with care, but to the extent the law allows, E2 Technologies isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim relates to.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above.
